Bringing a wealth of experience to the educational landscape, our Director boasts a distinguished career spanning over two decades. With 22 years devoted to teaching and an additional two years in industry, he embodies a rare fusion of academic rigor and practical knowledge.
His academic journey began with a B.Pharmacy from H.K.E’S College of Pharmacy, followed by an M.Pharmacy from J.S.S. College of Pharmacy. He culminated his academic pursuits with a Ph.D. from UCPSc, Kakatiya University, in 2009, establishing himself as a stalwart in pharmaceutical education.
Currently serving as Principal and Professor at our esteemed institution, he has steered the academic ship with aplomb since July 2019. Prior to this, he held the prestigious position at Vijaya College of Pharmacy, Hayath Nagar, from January 2017 to May 2019. Notably, he also served as Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics at CMR College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad, and Vijaya College of Pharmacy, Hayath Nagar.
His academic leadership extends further back, including tenures as Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics at Trinity College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peddapalli, and Procadence Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rimmanaguda, Gajwel, Medak Dist. Additionally, he contributed significantly during his nine-year tenure as Associate Professor at Shadan College of Pharmacy, Peeranchervu, Hyderabad.
Beyond academia, our Director has made valuable contributions to the pharmaceutical industry. He spent two formative years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Bachupally, where he served as Officer-Production, gaining invaluable insights into industrial practices.
His field of interest encompasses cutting-edge domains such as nanotechnology and solubility enhancement techniques in pharmaceutical dosage forms. His commitment to academic excellence is reflected in his mentorship of six Ph.D. students and the guidance provided to over 140 M.Pharmacy students in successful project completions.
With a prolific publication record boasting over 90 articles in national and international journals, as well as numerous presentations at esteemed seminars and conferences, he stands as a beacon of knowledge and expertise in the field of pharmaceutical education and research.
